Trash/Recycling Receptacles are to be placed at the curb in front of the residence on pickup day and removed from the front before the following day

Per HOA regulations, all flag poles must be approved by the ACC (Application Form here).

RVs are permitted only if prior permission has been granted by the ACC.

Per HOA bylaws, holiday decorations are allowed to be set up no earlier than 30 days prior to the holiday and must be taken down no later than 21 days after said holiday.

Fence replacement must be approved by the ACC prior to replacement. If you wish to move the fence forward or back must be approved by the ACC.

Commercial vehicles may not park on any street right-of-way or lot unless parked temporarily for service.

No abandoned, derelict or inoperable vehicles may be stored or located on any lot.

Vehicles may not be driven or parked in common maintenance areas or on any easements.
